Disk defragmenting is a vital part of keeping your computer healthy. You should be doing this once a month. You can access disk defrag in the system utilities section of the start menu. Now to address the problem of security. How can a person possibly keep there information secure? Easily, if you follow these simple guidelines:
Always have antivirus.
Having a good antivirus program is essential to a secure computer. A good antivirus will keep you safe from viruses, malignant websites, and even bad software.
Don’t do sketchy downloads.
There are more than a couple sketch downloads out there. Only download software from trustworthy sources.
Keep your computer up to date.
It is extremely important that you keep your system updated with the latest patches and drivers from Microsoft (or Apple of you swing that way).
